What we look for

The job before the title.

  • On time, every time

If the schedule says Tuesday, we’re wired by Tuesday. We hire people who own that.

  • Code-first thinking

FBC, NEC, AHJ. We don’t cut corners and we don’t hire people who do.

  • Pride in the work

Panels look surgical. Conduit runs straight. The inspector signs off because the work earned it.

  • Speak any language — bring it

English, Spanish, Creole — all spoken on Statewide jobsites. Multilingual is a plus, never a requirement.
