Statewide is the electrical and mechanical contractor developers keep calling back. Florida-rooted, working across multiple states. Multi-family. Mixed-use. Industrial. Built right the first time.

Send an RFPWe don’t hand off our work between subs you’ve never met. From the constructibility memo to the warranty handoff, the same Statewide team runs the job. Below is the sequence we’ll run on yours.
RFP review, scope alignment, constructibility analysis, value engineering. We push back on paper — not on site.
BIM coordination, AHJ permitting, long-lead procurement. Sequenced with the GC and the other trades, not parallel to them.
Conduit, risers, branch circuits, mechanical chases. Crews scaled to demand. We hit the GC's pour and frame schedule, not ours.
Panels live, devices set, fixtures hung, equipment terminated. The building starts to look done. The owner starts to relax.
Test, balance, energize. Punch list closed. Owner walked through. Building turned over to the property team — and we stay on call.
Repeat business is the only metric that matters in this trade. Below are partners who’ve hired us across multiple projects — and kept hiring us.
“Statewide Electric is hard working and dependable, with reliable personnel that show up and finish the job right.”
“Five years working with Statewide Electric and we remain completely satisfied — the work, and the people.”
“I can strongly recommend them as a competent and professional firm.”
Florida hands you the toughest codes in the country — high-velocity hurricane zones, salt-air corrosion, summer-long humidity, AHJs that don't blink. Three decades of clearing them taught us how to engineer for any climate, any jurisdiction. If your build is on the Eastern Seaboard, the Gulf, or the Sun Belt, we've already solved a harder version of it here.

We get hired because the schedule doesn't move and the inspector signs off the first time. Anything else is theater.
George Fernandez has led Statewide Electrical Contractors as president since the company's founding in 1996, building the firm into one of South Florida's most trusted multi-family electrical and mechanical contractors.
Featured in the Dec 2025 / Jan 2026 issue of Hola Latinos Magazine, George's story tracks the arc of a Miami trade business built on showing up, doing the work right, and doing it again for the same clients.
Send the bid documents, the schedule, and the constraints. You’ll hear back from a project executive — not a sales channel — within 48 business hours.
